The ABC House Lorne is spacious light & airy space perfect summer & winter living at Lorne. Fabulous ocean views from the deck with private garden courtyard at the rear

The location is a short walk downhill to local shops, cafes and the beach with a 10 min climb back up William St. Enjoy the well maintained native garden complete with gum trees (and resident koala) whilst soaking up the view.

There are four bedrooms (3 Queen & kids room), with white crisp linen, white cotton doona covers, bright colors for the kids and blankets for a cold night. The three queen bedrooms have builtin robes with hanging space, extra pillows and blankets if it gets cold.

The lounge room features a rug, wood fire, three couches to laze on with many cushions to make sure you are extra comfortable. There are large sliding doors that open onto a wrap around deck overlooking the ocean, so you can listen to the sound of birds and watch the kangaroos at dusk. There is a large indoor dining table and breakfast nook.

There is a laundry with washing machine, and sink. You will also find an iron and ironing board for those formal occasions.

We have hidden a few essentials in the cupboard (microwave, toaster, and cleaning equipment). The kitchen is fully equipped open plan, large dining table with chairs on a wood floor. The ABC House faces north east so it is bright and light all year round.

If you would like to invite parents or parents in law, but want to give them (and you ! ) a bit of space, a Hotel Room at La Perouse is five doors away and available for short stays all year round. The women at La Perouse serve a set breakfast daily between 8 - 10am Parisian style on the terrace if you would like to join them (bookings essential).

The back door takes you to secluded landscaped garden and terrace. The garage provides two car spots under cover and a table tennis table with bats and balls for your enjoyment.

PLEASE NOTE - The ABC House does have a flights of stairs from the garage to enter the front door. There is a spot for a visiting car at the front of the house.
